FAQ

Please contact the person/entity responsible for study abroad programmes at your home university to find out. This person/entity can also guide you through the process of potentially becoming an exchange student.

If your home university does not have an exchange agreement with SDU, or it has been decided not to make use of it, you can apply to become a guest student (also known as “free mover”). You apply using the guest student application form.

Note that guest students must pay tuition fee.

Read more about tuition fees.

If you are nominated as an exchange student, the tuition fee is waived. You must still pay the applicable tuition fees to your home university, if any.

Your transcript shows how far along you are in your studies, and at the time of application, you will often not have received credits for the courses you take on your current semester.

Therefore, we take your current semester into consideration when we assess applications.

All applications are assessed individually, and should we have any questions for your application, we will contact you directly.
