Â鶹ÉçÇø

Mikkel Girke Jørgensen received his PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Southern Denmark, with his project work conducted at Newcastle University. His journey through academia includes a progression from various postdoctoral research roles both Â鶹ÉçÇø and internationally, to a tenure-track Assistant Professorship and later an Associate Professorship at the department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, SDU. This journey has provided Mikkel with an insight into the academic landscape Â鶹ÉçÇø, as well as a clear perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the researchers at NAT. 
Mikkel transitioned from his role as an Associate Professor to become the Scientific Director at MJJ Biotechnologies A/S, a biotech company focusing on novel RNA therapy drug development.
