Register-based Analyses in Intervention Effect Studies
Gain insight into how Danish register data can be used to evaluate the effects of interventions. The course provides you with tools to work with register-based analyses in research and evaluation studies.
Design and analyse effect evaluations
The course develops your competencies in designing and analysing effect evaluations using register data. You will work with methodological approaches to study design, data analysis and assessment of intervention effects.
Critically assess scientific studies
You will gain skills in evaluating and discussing scientific intervention studies with a focus on effect evaluation. The course strengthens your ability to critically assess methods, data sources and results in register-based research.
Overall purpose and content of the course
The course provides knowledge about the use of Danish register data in intervention and effect studies. You will learn how to design, analyse and evaluate register-based effect studies and develop competencies in critically discussing scientific research within effect evaluation.
