Tina Maria Brinks, PhD fellow at NAFA/STEM Education Research Center – FNUG, where she conducts research on the professional development of teacher educators in national and local professional learning communities (PLCs) and practice collaborations with partner schools aimed at developing teaching in primary and lower secondary education. 

She is particularly interested in exploring how the interaction between teacher educators in professional learning communities can be described and explained from an organizational perspective.
