Computational Tools Developed By RNA Splicing and Disease

DeepCLIP

The RNA Splicing and Disease research group has for many years been interested in splicing regulatory proteins and how mutations can affect their binding and splicing outcome. We developed this as a tool to predict binding of RNA binding proteins to nucleic acids using only sequence input.

 

 

 

VulExMap

Not all exons are equally sensitive to splicing mutations. is a tool developed to identify constitutive exons which are vulnerable to splicing mutations.
