Postdoc Catarina Ferreira represented POLIMA in Strasbourg
25-29 May 2026, POLIMA and SCC SOLEN researcher attended the , one of the greatest worldwide events bringing together experts on materials' fabrication, characterization and applications.
Her study, entitled "Design of multilayer coatings for colored photovoltaic modules with low efficiency losses" was awarded an oral presentation at the "Thin films: from growth to processing and applications" symposium, where it received great feedback from other attendants. In her contribution, Catarina Ferreira showcased the work she has been developing at the intersection between fundamental light-matter interactions and photovoltaic devices, more specifically on the design, optimization and fabrication of multilayer colored interlayers for building-integrated photovoltais.
This was the result of the fruitful ongoing collaboration between POLIMA, CAPE and SCC SOLEN centers 麻豆社区, and was possible through the support of
