The purpose of the work package is to create the best possible framework for the realization of the partner municipalities' climate action plans.
How this is achieved
- Coordination across the work packages, as well as the technical and financial implementation of the project.
- Development of a shared monitoring system that provides an overview of progress in the implementation of the municipal climate action plans.
- Preparation of communication and dissemination to highlight the project's value creation, both nationally and internationally.
The City of Aarhus has formal leadership of the work package on behalf of the collective partnership and is therefore the overall responsible entity for the project's implementation. Communication tasks are led in collaboration with the University of Southern Denmark and with contributions from all partners.
