Our research unit is equipped with an听Illumina NovaSeq 6000听sequencing platforms for high-throughput sequencing and a Revvity Sciclone G3 NGS IQ Workstation for automated sample preparation. We use multiple single cell/nuclei platforms, such as听The Chromium X听solution from 10x Genomics and听The PARSE Biosciences Evercode WT听technology, which provides comprehensive and scalable solutions for single cell gene expression profiling and characterization of hundreds to millions of cells.
Furthermore, we have two听CFX Opus Real-Time qPCR Systems听with 384-well blocks and a听Biomek庐 3000 Workstation听for automated pipetting of qPCR plates.
Finally, our laboratory is equipped with a Seahorse XFe 96 Extracellular Flux Analyzer for analysis of cellular metabolism and we have in-house access to FACS cell sorters.
